Acceptance notifications for abstracts submitted to the 2020 SID Annual Meeting were sent to all Contact authors today (2/12/2020). Notification outcomes for all submitted abstracts can also be accessed via the following link (http://2020sidannualmeeting.org/abstracts/abstract-outcomes/). Congratulations to everyone who submitted an abstract and we look forward to seeing everyone in Scottsdale in 90 days!
The Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) Board of Directors voted to discontinue the annual Albert M. Kligman/Phillip Frost Leadership Lecture and Award during its recent Board meeting held October 18, 2019.
Membership concerns regarding Dr. Kligman’s past clinical research practices were made known to the Board, in which after careful deliberation, voted to discontinue the Kligman/Frost lecture and to re-name the travel fellowships previously in Dr. Kligman’s name.
Thank you to the over 1,650 people who attended the 2019 SID Annual Meeting in Chicago. The SID is appreciative of your support and attendance! We look forward to seeing you next May (2020) at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
