Admission to the Welcome Reception IS INCLUDED for all registered meeting attendees
IF you have a spouse or guest (that is NOT a registered meeting attendee) and you would like them to join you at the Welcome Reception, a Companion Ticket(s) must be purchased in advance
A Companion ticket can be added to the meeting registration for $49 per person/per ticket
A Companion ticket only allows for admission to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, May 13, 2020
A Companion ticket does NOT allow for admission to the Social Event on Thursday, May 14th, a separate ticket must be obtained

Registration to the Annual Meeting DOES NOT include a Social Event ticket
Social Event ticket(s) for Thursday evening, May 14, 2020 will be limited
Social Event ticket(s) are available on a first come-first serve basis
A Social Event ticket(s) can be added to the meeting registration for $75 per person/per ticket
Social Event tickets(s) are availble for purchase to all meeting attendees and to their respective spouse/guest/companion

Non-Member Residents, Post-Doctoral Fellows and Pre-Doctoral Students must return a letter from their department verifying their status
Verification letters must be signed by a supervisor or deprtment head, and must be on official university/institution letterhead
Return completed verification letter confirming your status to the SID office directly via any of the following methods

All cancellations and changes to the 2020 Annual Meeting registration must be made in writing to the SID office, no later than March 31, 2020
Cancellations made after March 31, 2020 will not receive a refund
No exceptions can be made
Refunds are issued after the Annual Meeting, less a $100 administrative fee.

On-Site Registration will be available at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa starting at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 13, 2020
